Ms. Yuki Yasuki, known simply as "Yuki" in the gacha community, is the Principal Permanent Secretary [PPS] of the Gacha Community and Director of GCA, elected by the 36 person GCA Board of Advisors on August 24th 2025. Ms. Yuki is the legitimate goddaughter of GCA Founder "Genesis", baptized in 2025 at the age of 12 to Genesis as her Anglican Christian godfather, with the consent of both her parents, also Christians.Ms. Yuki joined the Gacha Community Association in early 2020 during the time of the #SaveTheGachaCommunity movement, but having joined the gacha community itself as early as late 2017.
Although she was never a "prominent" gachatuber, Ms. Yuki was privileged to have been put under the wings of a few truly influential gachatubers during the 2017-2019 era, those that shaped the early gacha community. Although some of them fell out of favor of the community later on, and some quit eventually, their practical lessons and advice gave Ms. Yuki a strong foundation on her later years in the gacha community overall.Yuki joined GCA as a newling in early 2020 as one of its youngest members, referred by Genesis himself, and for her warming up and training, GCA Senior member "Violette" would assign her to assist GCA in gathering information about persons and groups of petty concern such as "anti gachas". Yuki was later assigned temporarily to a seat on the "Gacha Rise Unity Council" [GRUC], the central body of "Gacha Rise" led by "M1ke" composed of the leaders of all "Gacha Rise" groups unsanctioned by GCA, where she provided useful information to the Unity Council and may have aided in the dissolution of "Gacha Fall" and ultimately the anti gacha community in general.Afterwards, Yuki was transferred back to the main GCA where she performed mundane duties for the GCA "Management", otherwise known as the Board of Directors, such as writing internal documents like memorandums and public facing material such as press releases and propaganda. Even at a young age, the Board of Directors noted that she had an acumen for the English language despite growing up in a Chinese and Japanese environment, achieving a 95%+ in O Level Cambridge English whilst still in early primary school. Yuki was later awarded a £3,000 scholarship by the Board of Directors for her future studies in the United Kingdom, which was given to her parents for adequate safekeeping. Yuki plans to study for a Bachelors in Law in the future at the University of London, and spends a lot of time self-learning about governments and legal systems.Yuki's two notable works relevant to the gacha community are the "Triple-Crown Model" and the "Pyramid of Chaos Theory", one of which outlines the power structure of the gacha community and a way to measure how much influence one may have in the community, and the other of which provided a possibly better model for the Gacha Community Association to fulfill its mandate without necessarily breaking any laws, and fully adhering to the ethics and values of the gacha community while also being truly representative of the gacha community's will through filtering suspicious persons via a theoretical top-down pyramid.
These two reports by Yuki can be found on https://archive.gacha.community.Yuki also presented a working prototype idea to the Board of Directors, as a way to allow IOS gacha users access Android-made gacha mods without additional coding required, with the use of a virtual browser emulator, but the idea was not ever realized as it was economically and technically unviable.On August 23rd 2025, a group of 36 people gathered together online, all of them being 2017 era-gacha community members and former seniors of the then-dissolved Gacha Community Association [dissolved due to internal strife, de facto bankruptcy and an unproven, speculated and most possibly coincidental "assassination plot"]. The purpose of the meeting was to reestablish the Association, even as the biggest dangers have passed, to continue watching over and serving the gacha community, to fulfill the Principal Permanent Mandate, a kind of "grandfather clause" originally named "Directive 09" drafted by GCA in 2018, in which the Board of Directors resolved to state in simple full text:"The Gacha Community Association, as the first, principal, and permanent protective organization of the gacha community, shall hold this mandate to ensure the continuity of the gacha community in perpetuity, at all cost."Yuki Yasuki, one of the 36, was the first to be nominated as the new GCA Director and the first person to hold the office of the newly created "Principal Permanent Secretary", which is in homage to the position of GCA "Cassandra" as "Chief Secretary" in 2020. As the de facto heir apparent to Genesis given her status as his godchild, a vote was immediately held and 34 out of 35 voted in favor of installing Yuki, after reviewing her past. The only one who abstained their vote was 36F [2021 Gacha Rise clan] member "Luna", who abstained out of concern for the child's mental health and safety, but agreed to not object to her installation under the condition that she be allowed to oversee how the Association protects Yuki. The Board and Yuki agreed, and Yuki was sworn in within the hour.

"As a child, I've been fascinated by the gacha community, really. This is how I learnt about the majority of things that helped me out later in life, and I'm thankful for that"."I think perhaps I went a step further, maybe I was blindsighted or sheltered by everyone, but I genuinely love the gacha community, and everyone in it, and everything it is.Not everyone will understand the feeling of being able to have friends and some kind of family everywhere just because you use the same app. I have struggled to find this level of belonging elsewhere, and its not like you need time to warm up (with everyone), well of course you need to do that to build a deeper friendship, but perhaps to me, everyone in the gacha community is sort of friends by default already, its like a large friend group, a family of millions of people around the world. I find that invaluable, and when I learnt that someone, seemingly for no reason at all wanted to end this for good, I felt a sense of real responsibility for the first time in my entire life. I've grown to learn how fragile the gacha community really is. Even if it has millions of people, a single person can make an positive or negative impact.Unfortunately, it is easier to make a negative impact, and when one does, it cuts deeper than a good impact heals. But guess what? We are united, against all that conspire to turn our warmth into cries and sobs. The gacha community has not rested in picking out its own bad apples. Its not just about reputation, it is about the sanctity of this community, everything we have stood for since day one, and how we protect and guard those that come into this community for belonging, comfort, friendship, and to realize their dreams as opposed to hurting them and letting them leave in tears and scars. That is not who we are.I am not much, I am simply a number in the millions of the gacha community, I am quite literally nothing. However, in the spirit of my past mentors, the ones that kept going for the gacha community even when they were tired, and in the spirit of those that protected me from the worst harms just because I was a member of the gacha community, I feel obligated to answer the call to serve the gacha community once more, even if in the most insignificant, invisible way.I am thankful to be given a chance by the GCA Board of Advisors, to lead this new yet same Gacha Community Association, and I am honored for the gacha community to accept me not as some bureaucrat but as a member and student, as I have lots and lots to learn from everyone in the community, every single person, especially you!I will faithful execute my office as Principal Permanent Secretary of the Gacha Community and Director of the Association, to uphold the values of the gacha community, to protect it within the extent permitted by law and internal ordinance, in order to fulfill the Permanent Principal Mandate, the same Mandate held by my godfather, imposed unto him by himself but imposed unto me not just by myself but by the Board of Advisors and indirectly the gacha community who tolerates my presence, only so I can contribute and be a net positive to the community overall.So help me God."
